Scope Highlights:
- Demolition and dirt removal; poured 10×12 slab with added 3×5 exterior landing
- Framing of 2×6 walls, roof structure, and Hardie lap siding
- Foam roofing system and full R-19 insulation in walls and ceiling
- Electrical: switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, fan, and new power supply
- Mini-split HVAC system, drywall, and interior/exterior painting
- Windows and door installation; interior trim and baseboards
- Mohawk luxury vinyl flooring and installation of existing side gate
- Block fence and new gate install for secured access
This studio shed provided the client with a climate-controlled, functional space tailored for creative or work-from-home use—designed to match the home’s architecture and deliver long-term value.
