- Structural Work: Framing and joist install for atrium infill, new walls, wine shelves, and mantel
- Mechanical & Utilities: Full electrical rewire, new HVAC routing, relocated plumbing, and new circuits throughout
- Interior Finishes: Black Mist granite countertops, Ardesia Grey 24×48 tile flooring, custom cabinetry, and new Milgard low-e windows and doors
- Bathrooms: Curbless beach-entry showers with Schluter waterproofing, wall-hung toilets, freestanding tub, and high-end fixtures
- Lighting & Accessories: Maverick ceiling fans, custom sconces, canless LED lighting, drawer ironing board, and laundry drying racks
- Paint & Trim: Full paint refresh in Sherwin-Williams Shoji White and Extra White with 3.5″ square pine baseboards
