Miko LLC successfully completed a 45-day renovation of a tribal courthouse, delivering selective demolition, wall and floor restoration, and HVAC sanitization. Over 3,600 sq. ft. of carpet and adhesives were removed. Wall coverings were stripped, surfaces patched and painted, and custom oak chair rails and baseboards were installed. New court benches were built, and some doors replaced.
Concrete floors were cleaned, prepped, and refinished with lead-free coatings to a high-gloss finish. HVAC systems were fully cleaned and sanitized.
Work was coordinated with the COR. All tribal licensing and TERO compliance requirements were met in advance.
