- Interior Finishes: New drywall, texture blending, engineered wood flooring, custom cabinetry, painting, and 4–5” baseboards throughout
- Windows & Doors: Installation of thermal-break aluminum windows and new interior doors
- Tiling & Plumbing: Custom tile work and waterproofing in showers, backsplashes, and floors; upgraded plumbing fixtures
- Cabinetry & Counters: Starmark cabinets in multiple finish schemes and Pentax Avanza quartz countertops with full-height backsplashes
- Additional Work: Installation of shelving, AC thermostats, exhaust fans, and relocation of water treatment systems
