Scope Highlights:

- Framing of new walls and patio door opening, new concrete footings
- New electrical system with recessed lighting, outlets, ceiling fans, and mirrors
- Plumbing for a freestanding tub, dual shower system, vanity, and wall-mounted toilet
- White Maltese marble walls, Ardesia Ash floor/shower tile, and Schluter waterproofing
- Custom cabinetry (Palisando Azuro), countertops, and glass shower door
- Pella windows and exterior door installation
- Stucco, drywall, and interior/exterior painting throughout
This addition and remodel transformed the master suite into a refined, spa-like retreat with modern fixtures, high-end materials, and personalized details.
