Miko, LLC is performing subcontracted construction services for multiple scopes at the Kayenta Wastewater Treatment Plant under the direction of General Contractor RMCI. The project includes:
- Electrical Room Addition & Admin Building Remodel
Scope includes concrete and footings, masonry, roof deck sheeting, metal framing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, door installation, painting, and concrete sealing. (Excludes electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.) - Laboratory Remodel
Work includes demolition, HVAC, plumbing, casework, lockers, doors and hardware, drywall, painting, insulation, and electrical per detailed plan sheets, including new panelboards and transformer. - Blower Building
Masonry-only construction scope. - Sludge Dewatering Building (SDB)
Erection of steel package, HVAC system, insulation, interior framing, drywall, and door installation.
At the halfway point, Miko has completed much of the structural, envelope, and mechanical rough-in work across buildings, with interior buildout and final systems integration progressing per schedule.
