Miko, LLC completed multiple scopes supporting the Electrical Building at the Surprise Foothills Water Campus. Work included structural wood roof framing, insulated roof panel installation (R-34), HVAC systems, and full plumbing buildout with stub-outs.
We provided and installed standing seam metal roofing, gutters, and flashing, along with all doors, framing, drywall, and thermal wall treatments. Our team delivered this work per detailed specs while maintaining clean, secure, and coordinated job-site conditions throughout.
