Miko, LLC was contracted to complete the full-scope construction of the Electrical Building for Phase II of the City of Phoenix Lift Station 77 CMAR project. Our responsibilities encompassed all structural, architectural, and mechanical components for the building shell and interior systems.
The project included structural roof framing, interior wall systems, insulation, and drywall throughout. Miko self-performed both rough and finish plumbing for the restroom facility, with exterior stub-outs, and installed a complete HVAC system. Final deliverables included door and hardware installation, interior and exterior painting, ceramic tile finishes, and concrete floor sealing.
This project was completed with strict adherence to quality, safety, and scheduling requirements, demonstrating Miko’s continued commitment to supporting the City of Phoenix’s critical water infrastructure through durable construction and efficient project execution.
