Miko, LLC completed the structural and envelope scope for the Electrical Building portion of the City of Phoenix Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation (1-B3 BPS). The scope included forming and pouring concrete footings, equipment pads, and slab-on-grade foundation, followed by construction of CMU masonry walls with EIFS system.
We fabricated and installed the structural roof framing system, decking, and fiberglass-insulated roof assembly, along with full HVAC system integration. All exterior and interior finishes were applied per specifications, concrete sealing, door and hardware installation, and complete drainage systems with scuppers and downspouts.
This project was executed under strict specifications and timelines, contributing critical infrastructure to the City of Phoenix’s water utility system with a focus on durability, system integrity, and operational reliability.
