Miko, LLC has successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of eight Hopi housing units, delivering full interior upgrades including demolition, new plumbing and electrical systems, HVAC installations, cabinetry, flooring, doors, and windows. Exterior enhancements included standing seam metal roofing, siding and stucco repairs, painting, site grading, fencing, landscaping, and concrete patching. Unit 73 was upgraded to meet ADA compliance standards with widened doorways, code-compliant ramps, and an automated garage door. All work was performed in accordance with strict safety standards and quality control protocols, with regular coordination and approvals from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The project was completed on schedule with high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
