Miko, LLC executed an interior tenant improvement project for Mia Bella Couture’s retail space in Scottsdale Fashion Square. The remodel focused on updating finishes, layout, and lighting to enhance functionality and aesthetics within the boutique environment.
Scope Highlights:
- Demolition: Removal of existing tile, carpet, stage platform, interior walls, and select doors
- Framing & Drywall: Wall repair and covering of wallpaper with new ¼” drywall including texture blending
- Electrical & Lighting: Miscellaneous electrical work and new light fixture installation
- Finish Work: Interior painting, baseboard trim install, and construction of a custom waterfall quartz countertop
- Flooring: Installation of 2,345 sq. ft. of new laminate flooring
- Debris Removal: Onsite trailer and dumpster provided for all job-related debris
This renovation revitalized the boutique’s space with clean, modern finishes and thoughtful modifications tailored for high-end retail presentations.
