Scope Highlights:
1. Stucco & Paint Restoration
- Re-stuccoed the entry area with spot repairs across the façade
- Ceiling seam drywall repairs (limited scope with optional expansion)
- Priming and painting of all new stucco and drywall
- Beam staining to restore architectural wood elements
2. Deck Renovation & Shower Installation
- Removal and replacement of deteriorated deck boards and beams
- Installation of waterproof membrane, new Cumaru hardwood decking, and plug-finished fasteners
- Custom staining/sealing of deck using Super Deck oil-based gray finish
- Outdoor shower system and Rinnai tankless water heater install (gas and cold water tie-ins)
- Installation of corrugated metal siding enclosure for the shower (homeowner-supplied)
This project significantly upgraded the home’s exterior and outdoor usability, combining structural reinforcement with modern material finishes and utility enhancements.
