Miko, LLC was contracted to remove and replace approximately 5,000 linear feet of deteriorated fascia board across eight commercial buildings within the Coronado Professional Plaza. The scope included demolition of existing fascia, carpentry for new board installation, and full exterior painting of all newly installed fascia components.
The project required detailed coordination to minimize disruption to occupied business suites and maintain visual consistency across all structures. Miko delivered the work with a focus on durability, clean finishes, and long-term protection against weathering.
