Scope Highlights:
- Removal and rebuild of back patio roof, BBQ, fireplace, and concrete slab
- New Milgard fiberglass windows and Therma-Tru doors, including double entry and patio access
- Framing, footings, and trusses for a new covered patio with tile roofing
- Outdoor BBQ reconstruction with quartz counters and gas line extensions
- Rough electrical for patio fans, lighting, floodlight, outlets, and coaxial cable
- Ceiling insulation, drywall, and Western One Kote stucco on affected areas
- Custom patio floor overlay in flagstone-style finish
- Central vacuum line relocation and minor roof repair on main house
This project combined aesthetic upgrades with structural improvements to deliver a more functional and visually appealing outdoor living space.
